SEAM institute offers certification in SEAM to groups and individuals who want to learn how to improve organizational effectiveness through the Socio-Economic Approach to Management. The certification process is customized to the needs of trainees and they receive a personalized assistance at every phase of learning. The learning process consists of three phases.
Phase 1: Gaining theoretical knowledge
Trainees participate in a face-to-face class, tailored to their needs and read assigned books and articles.

Phase 2: Conducting a SEAM intervention in an organization
Trainees learn the SEAM intervention process:
The outcome of this phase – trainees complete the diagnostic stage of the SEAM intervention and start the implementation of improvements.
- Diagnosis – interviewing and analyzing data; calculating hidden costs; conducting the Mirror Effect and Expert Opinion sessions.
- Implementation of changes – setting improvement project groups and coaching them through the improvement process; coaching leaders in the use of SEAM tools and needed strategic changes.
The outcome of this phase – trainees complete the diagnostic stage of the SEAM intervention and start the implementation of improvements.
Phase 3: Demonstrating mastery of the SEAM intervention process
Trainees review the results of their interventions and go through a comprehensive exam.
The outcome of this phase - trainees are certified as SEAM practitioners.
SEAM experts provide individualized coaching to trainees at every phase of the certification process.

Cost is negotiated based on the number of trainees, and the location of the phase 1 class.
Location. Phase 1 classes are taught in Minneapolis or a city of the trainees’ preference. The SEAM intervention is done in an organization chosen by trainees.

Energetic intelligence certification level 1 - Leading with Energetic Intelligence
The program introduces participants to the subtle energies and multidimensional nature of human bodies. Participants learn to recognize and manage subtle energies through increasing their energetic sensitivity and understanding the laws of energy. Participants acquire skills to help them improve their personal health, professional and personal relationships, career, and other areas of their lives.
The expected outcome of the program:
Level 1 certification is given after completion of the exam to test participants’ skills and knowledge of the program outcomes
Energetic Intelligence certification level 2 - Managing Energy of Groups and Individuals
This program is based on the concepts and skills learned in Energetic Intelligence level 1. After learning how to work with one’s own subtle energies, participants learn to work with information and energy exchange within groups of people. This skill set allows leaders or consultants to gather information from other planes and dimensions that otherwise can be unseen. These skills are especially valuable for working with disruptive individuals or dysfunctional groups.
The expected outcome of the program:
Level 2 certification is given after completion of the exam to test participants’ skills and knowledge of the program outcomes
Energetic Intelligence certification level 3 - Working with Energy of Organizations
The program is based on the concepts and skills of the previous levels. The program integrates Energetic Intelligence and participants’ professional training, techniques, and competencies. For example, if a participant is a consultant or coach, then the person learns how to do an “energy intervention” to assist and improve a regular “physical” work. If a participant is a leader, then the person learns how to work with the energy of the organization to increase its effectiveness. Participants learn how to scan the energy of big entities to assess the dominant energy state.
