Abstract The Executive Leadership Team in a Wisconsin rural health care system (the Medical Center) decided to undergo the Socio-Economic Approach to Management (SEAM). This paper is the CEO’s reflection on his journey through the SEAM process and his analysis of changes that happened in the organization.
